Professional background

A career devoted to understanding how minds work.

With over 25 years of experience in assessment and specialist support, Giselle has worked with hundreds of adults and young people seeking clarity around dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, ADHD and autism.

Her practice combines clinical training in specific learning difficulties with extensive experience of workplace and educational support — including DSA assessments for university students and Access to Work assessments for employees.

What sets the practice apart is what happens after the report. Each assessment is followed by clear, individualised guidance: practical strategies, study skills, executive function support and, where appropriate, ongoing coaching.

Personal experience of neurodiversity informs the work in a quiet, professional way — adding empathy and insight without becoming the focus of the conversation.
